Our Chefs, native Jamaicans, will be introducing our guests to a large repertoire of national and ethnic recipes, utilizing spices, flavors and ingredients native to the West Indies which will add the perfect touch of authenticity. The majority of the menu is from the chef's recommendations whose recipes will be used to provide the customers with a diverse, but familiar dining experience. The Hibiscus emphasizes healthy dishes, recognizing the trend within the restaurant industry for the demand for healthy and organic cuisine. We have a main stay of fresh made house salad dressings, sauces, and desserts, that are made from natural organic ingredients, and provide an excellent native flavor and spice to our American influenced dishes.
